Afcab manufactures power cables for utilities, manufacturing and mining applications
Afcab have several highly skilled national sales managers for their different divisions. They wanted to improve their ability to produce strategic business plans and manage their large customers on a planned Account Management basis. Our intervention was to run a series of facilitated planning sessions for the NSMs to raise their sights from the operational and tactical level to a strategic level for both business planning and account management planning. This was followed by individual coaching and assistance in developing strategies and plans.
