Rifle-Shot Performance Holdings – a systems and consulting company. This company, has a high level of expertise in mining and manufacturing systems but needed to expand its user base from the few very large organisations it served. With access to a range of best of breed software systems, the intervention was to select and launch new offerings in the make-to-order manufacturing and governance, risk, compliance and quality spaces. Acting as the sales manager for these ranges I planned and implemented the launches, developed sales aids appropriate to this market and negotiated the first sales.
